This Policy defines the conditions under which a refund may be requested or made in connection with operations carried out through SINJEWA.
A refund request does not automatically result in the refund of an operation. Each request is reviewed based on:
Where an operation has not been executed and the funds can be returned, SINJEWA may initiate a refund procedure through the applicable settlement channel.
The refund time may depend on the various parties involved in processing the operation.
Where an operation fails after initiation, a review may be carried out to determine whether funds should be returned.
Refunds are made where technical and regulatory conditions allow.
Where a user notices that the same payment appears to have been debited several times for a single operation, they must contact SINJEWA as soon as possible.
After verification, any unduly debited and effectively recoverable amount may be returned.
The user is responsible for checking beneficiary information before confirming the operation.
Where an operation has been executed in accordance with the information provided by the user, a refund cannot be guaranteed.
SINJEWA may nevertheless initiate a recovery procedure where technically and legally possible.
Fees already incurred in processing an operation may not be refundable where they correspond to a service actually provided or to non-recoverable costs.
However, applicable rules may provide for repayment in certain situations.
Where an operation involves a currency conversion, the amount returned may differ from the initial amount due to exchange rate movements or fees related to the settlement process.
Applicable terms are determined according to the circumstances of the operation.
Any request must be sent to:

SINJEWA may request additional information in order to verify the request.
Where a refund is accepted, the repayment time depends notably on the payment channel used and the providers involved in settlement.
Where possible, refunds are made through the same payment channel or to the appropriate account or means of payment under applicable rules.
